There are only 4 units in the building which gives the feeling of being in a small neighborhood rather than a large apartment complex or condominium. We all get along great and treat everyone with the greatest of respect and courtesy. As a result we want to keep it this way & continue with the best possible living conditions. Therefore we are choosy about who moves in and reserve the right to perform a credit and background check on everyone. This service will cost a nominal, non-refundable fee. Yearly rental rates: $1050.00 to $1150.00 per month.
Corporate and furnished rental rate: $1600.00 per month
